  • After years in the insurance / finance sector, it's been great returning to my roots in science & medicine where I've been able to overhaul many of Reset's processes and materials in my various roles as:
    • Foundational Author: Pediatric lifestyle medicine curriculum for medical residents (LMRC, M11U1), focused on ages 0 to 5 years
    • Programming lead: Developing pediatric programs to manage and prevent various conditions (eg: anxiety, behavioural challenges, athletic performance)
    • Partnerships liaison: Outreach to local schools and sports studios to collaboratively build awareness about lifestyle medicine and improve programs offered to students
    • Designer: Of patient resources & educational materials (digital / print guides, posters, handouts)

  • Stepping into this role as CapIntel's first ever PMM without any defined supervision or project direction was certainly an interesting professional milestone to navigate but we got there eventually with key focal points including:
    • Product mgt & strategy: Developed our company wide “product-launch process” from scratch – reducing launch complications & time to market by connecting the cross-functional dots and education for optimized positioning & market expansion

    • Go to market: Trained & enabled GTM teams on product launches while building content for marketing personas, landing pages, case studies, white papers, conferences, award applications & news write-ups

    • Research, analytics & operations: Created “CapIntelipedia” to onboard employees on industry and company basics, co-founded risk management committee and maintained competitor analyses, product market fit, NPS benchmarking, monthly usage metrics & quarterly closed  won/lost reporting

  • Entering the world of insure-tech as employee #2 at Canada's first surgical accidental death insurance startup - Samos Insurance - was a big career shift with a steep but rewarding learning curve where I've been able to:
    • Oversee successful launches of B2B & B2C customer portals entailing user research, wireframes, requirements, portal building, testing & documentation​
    • Combine primary research & industry standards to develop patient education content and create a database of hundreds of surgeries
    • Develop my marketing & design skills - handling Samos’ first PR launch, ad campaigns, social media content, and content / copy / design for various collateral
    • Ensure HIPAA & SOC2 compliance through training materials, policies, and audit checklists
    • Build various processes so new hire onboarding, day to day ops, and metrics / info tracking go smoother

  • I kicked off 2021 at the GreenHouse Social Impact Incubator with the goal of optimizing efficiency & increasing health innovation. I've since:
    • Aided in teaching 60+ student innovators about entrepreneurship & venture creation

    • Organized a Health Challenges Forum for health / community partners, researchers & students
